Congratulations to Nina on winning the Killam Award!

Congratulations to Nina on receiving the Izaak Walton Killam Doctoral Scholarship! This is considered the University of Calgary’s pinnacle award of research excellence, recognizing researchers whose discoveries expand knowledge and define the world to come.

This award is a recognition of all the hard work that Nina has put into her studies to date, including several contributions to publications in her undergraduate and Master’s studies. Nina also dedicated countless hours to her department, organizing the annual Alberta Biomedical Engineering Conference in 2024 and 2025!
